Joined the centre in 2006 in the maintenance department, progressed through to Operational Manager and has been Centre manager now since 2023. I love working with our fabulous team, who all bring something special to the Sovereign. I am and always have been truly committed to The Sovereign and we all work very hard to try and maintain a high level of service for all of our tenants and customers alike.

Joined the Sovereign Team in 2020 and not looked back since. It is such a fun and vibrant place to work and enjoy meeting all of our customers. I love seeing all the events happen after lots of planning and finding out how much people have enjoyed them.

Everyday is certainly a different day, no time to get bored here!

Working with a great team in the centre from security and cleaning to management

I have been the cleaning manager at the Sovereign since 2023. I have a team of 10 who work tirelessly to keep the centre looking fabulous.

The Sovereign is a hive of activity which makes it a great place to work. The feedback from the public about our shiny floors and cleanliness of our washrooms is always gratefully received.

Joined the Sovereign in 1994, as a Saturday janitor and has progressed through nearly all our departments. Since 2014 I have been in charge of the Security Team. The best part of my job is I get a chance to help people in variety of ways and it feels like I am making a difference to their day.
